I'm hiring one person to own the thing I care about most: making sure the salespeople and dealerships who train with us actually do the work and actually win. If you don't know who I am or what we do, this probably isn't the right role for you — and that's fine. If you've been following along, keep reading.

Who I am
The short version
In case you need the recap — though if you do, see above.
When I first started selling cars, I absolutely sucked. Small family-owned Lincoln store, $30,000 my first year, waiting on ups like everybody else.
Then I posted my first video — a raw, unedited seven-minute walkaround of a Lincoln Aviator. It sold a $70,000 Aviator over the phone within 24 hours. I went all in: from 7–8 cars a month to 30+, with about 80% of my business coming from social media. I broke every record at my store and built 1.5 million followers while still working the floor.
Now RFW Training teaches car salespeople and entire dealerships to do the same thing — organic, video-first social media, $0 ad spend, get known and trusted before the buyer is ever in-market. Over a thousand salespeople and dealer clients train with us. This role exists because training only works when people actually do it. That's where you come in.

UncappedCommission
Commission is paid on dealer renewals you manage, individual client sign-ups, coaching upsells, and any new business you source. Keep clients winning and renewing — the gap between $48k and $72k closes itself, and $72k isn't a ceiling.
Remote, anywhere in the USA. Full-time, five days a week — but our clients are car people, so your schedule flexes to theirs: some evening trainings, the occasional Saturday. If you've worked a floor, this is nothing new.
